IT is so frustrating not to be able to recycle properly, and to have to put many items in the household rubbish bin simply because our recycling system cannot deal with them.
In Lincolnshire nearly everything that can be is recycled; they have one of the best recycling units in the country.
Isn't it time that we really concentrated on this issue, and took note of best practice in neighbouring counties?
As with medicine prescribing in the NHS, there should be standardisation across the country; then we would really be going some way towards catching up with many of our neighbours in the rest of the world.
