HAVING read of the money to be paid to Southampton councillors, may I ask where it is coming from?
Sometime ago it was stated that a large amount of money was still owed for the community charge (the poll tax).
Every year cuts are made in an attempt to balance the books. Surely this money has to come from somewhere?
