NATIONAL charity Heart Research UK are looking for people to join together and have a good old sing-song in their local train station, supermarket or shopping centre, as part of our annual Sing for your Heart event, December 8-15.
Anyone can be involved, whether you are a choir, a group of friends, brownie group or even a nursery, we want to hear from you!
There is strong evidence to show that singing is good for you, not only do you exercise your heart and lungs but your body also produces feel good' hormones called endorphins which rush around your body.
Another benefit of singing is that it keeps you looking young as you are gently exercising the muscles in your face.
We are looking for groups to sing in their local train station or supermarket and ask for donations from the public for the entertainment you will be providing!
By taking part, your group will be spreading festive spirit before Christmas, helping to promote the benefits of singing and raising money to help us in our fight against the UK's biggest killer, heart disease.
If your group is interested in singing this December we would love to hear from you.
