WE would like to say thank you to the inconsiderate, uninsured cyclist with no lights, who rode straight out in front of our son on his motorcycle Tuesday evening at 10pm behind Sainsburys at Bitterne, causing him to skid and crash in the road and just left him there and rode off. He thankfully suffered just minor cuts and bruises but unfortunately there is extensive damage to his motorcycle which he has to pay out of his own pocket.
Here is another way for the Government to raise taxes and that is to get all cycles to be insured and tested (MOT) and also all new cycles to be fitted with permanent lights.
MR & MRS WILSON, Sholing.
