AS a resident of Bitterne Park and living directly under the flight path I read with interest the letter on airccaft noise by Colin Cain, UKIP.
He asked for clarification on compensation for the effects of noise to health and loss of value to properties in the area and a reduction in council tax. Once again complete silence at the mention of compensation from the three wise monkeys at the airport i.e. the CAA., BAA. and Flybe.
Also from our local representitives MP John Denham and cllr Peter Baille also silent unlike the aircraft.
