I recently heard Gordon Brown speaking on TV after giving away an extra £100m of taxpayers' money.
He was saying that we can trust him to handle the mortgage disaster because they are working hard with fuel bills and petrol prices and getting results. Have I missed something here?
My gas and electricity bills have rocketed while the chief executives of fuel companies see their pay packets soring.
Petrol and diesel prices are the highest that anyone can remember. That is largely due to Gordon's tax on petrol and diesel. Petrol has been £1.07 a litre for months now. How is that progress? It's not and the simple fact is that Gordon Brown is no good for this country. I used to support Labour, but not anymore.
The time for voting him and Labour out cannot come soon enough!
PETE LACY, Shirley.
