WITH regard to the recent newspaper reports regarding a little boy's eczema and hard water in this area, would any investigations into this problem like to consider the implications of urging us to always wash our clothes at 30 degrees and not higher due to the 'Environment!'
With a lower temperature surely the washing powders now manufactured must have to be stronger so without realising this we are now getting chemicals into our clothes and so skin problems will follow.
Using a very mild washing powder does not always get the washing really clean and hygienic at 30 degrees and the washing machine does not get to stay hygienic either at 30 degrees.
Concerned.
