FIRST prize for excellent customer service is awarded to Abbey Stores at Salisbury.
After ordering 4 bottles of wine (with what I might add was an extremely helpful assistant) over the phone, the courier en route unfortunately found that one of the bottles was broken.
Prompt telephone conversations with myself from the store followed. Not only did the store find a fourth bottle elsewhere but delivered them personally to my home in Bishopstoke with an enclosed letter of apology and compensation!
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Abbey Stores. In this day and age when attitudes of indifference are commonplace Abbey Stores showed that the care of their customers still does take first place.
Well done to you all!
