ON Wednesday reaching the cash desk with my shopping I realised my purse was missing. Naturally I thought the worst.
My apology to all in the store for my thoughts. Enquiries made, I was told a man who didn't leave his name handed it in intact at the bus station.
I hope the person reads this letter to know I am very grateful.
With all what we hear today it is nice to know there is some honest people around.
MRS S CAMPBELL, Winchester.
