ON Friday at approximately 12-30 pm I drove down Kathleen Road and at its junction with South East Road.

The priorty had just been changed such that, after at least 90 years, it had become the right of way.

My passenger and myself were horrified that this had been done without prior notice and both agreed that without doubt it was an accident awaiting to happen.

I understand that yesterday evening or early this morning a four-car accident occured.

Common sense said that if you are going to make such a change after such a long time time that clear notices are posted at all entries to the junction of the impending change.
